The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the local shops and town center, making it easy to explore the area and access everything we wished to go to. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities and had enough space in the bathroom for two washbags, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast provided at this hotel. It was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from, starting our day off on a positive note.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to clean our room every day including the toilet. The location was great, close to everything we wished to go to - whether it was shopping centers or restaurants, and even though it was on the outskirts of the town, we found it to be quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the big comfortable bed, and the fact that the windows could be left open securely, provided a nice breeze to make up for the lack of air-conditioning on hot days.

The Pirimai Chippy is a great place nearby to grab a bite. It's convenient that the Kennedy Park Rose Garden is only 2 km away. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

The proprietor was friendly and the service was very good. We had a cooked breakfast, served at the time requested and nicely presented. It is also in a good location.

The owner was really friendly and welcoming. There's a nearby place called Pirimai Chippy where you can grab something to eat. The bed was super comfy, had the best sleep ever 😊. The hotel was really clean and tidy, which made the stay even better.

the location ws close to where we wanted to stay, the price was right. It had all the facillities that we required as it was just an overnight stay. Staff we very pleasant and polite, the room was very clean.

We have stayed in several motels in North and South Island in New Zealand and the room we had in this motel had the best facilities and was more spacious than any other we have stayed in. The owner was very helpful with local information.

The amenities provided were of poor quality, including cheap cutlery, thin towels, and low-quality toilet paper. The free wifi was extremely limited and often unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. We were given a complimentary fruit basket on our second day! The owners were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Although the motel was full - it was very quiet and peaceful.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay with comfortable beds and a clean room. the location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the staff went above and beyond with great service.
